Anastasia Beaverhousen

Jessica and I went to Bellevue Square today to do some shopping. While we were eating lunch at the Nordstrom Cafe I (jokingly) threw out idea of going to Build-A-Bear to make a bear for my little cousin Jalyssa. Not knowing if I was kidding or being half-serious she agreed to go as she has a little cousin, too, for whom she could build a bear. While it would have been a lot more fun to build our bears with a few drinks under our belts, we had a great time.

When it came time to name our bears, I didn't even have to think twice: Anastasia Beaverhousen. It was pretty fun watching Jalyssa when my mom brought her over and I gave her the bear. She was in heaven.

The Devil Wears Prada

I finally saw The Devil Wears Prada today. I have to say that Meryl Streep _REALLY_ makes the movie. It was unfortunate that we were sitting in the third row, however, that didn't dampen our movie-going experience.

I have to say that I was really impressed with the girl who played Emily (Emily Blunt). I think we'll be seeing her around in a few more movies.

For those of you who are on the fence as to whether to see the movie or not, I highly recommend it. I'm going to re-read the book when I get it back from Kelly.
